Many of us eat what we love or crave for but we fail to emulate the Habit of eating right. An average human want to eat and have a taste of different meal in a whole week as long as it meets or quench that urge.
Eating right is something or habit we should always put into consideration before we consume anything that comes into our thought.
Firstly, before we consume anything, we should always have a glass of water to stimulate the enzymes in the stomach and there after take fruit that is acidic to help aid digestion. The main meal for the day should always goes with protein, vitamin, iron, less fat and oil, carbohydrates.
Lastly, always remember that you can't do without vegetables. This is one of the main kind of food we all need as humans to give us the additive we need.
