How often do we take cognizance of the time we actually eat our breakfast meal for day, and how often do we diet our meals. Like it is said, we should always eat like kings in the morning like our life depends on it and also observe proper dieting at all cost . Because the human body needs all the nutrients in the meal to activate the metabolisms in the body.

Mind you a healthy breakfast just doesn't provide you a sizable energy for the day, it also JumpStart your metabolism, Balance your sugar level, Assist in weight management , even promotes healthy heart and improves cognitive function.
As we all know, mostly from this part of the world we definitely don't have timing for eating breakfast. As a matter of fact most of us don't eat breakfast we end up eating brunch and when we eat breakfast we just assume that 3-4 slices bread And tea With egg is good enough as breakfast and off we go.
