Eating Dinner on time is very paramount to the human health and weight loss. We tend not to give too many attention to this fact due to one thing or the order e.g lack of adequate time consciousness or over time at place of wok or traffic so most of us get home late, and these things really affect us for not eating Dinner on time.
The appropriate time to eat Dinner is between 6:PM-7:PM regardless of where ever you are In order to aid easy digestion And also help the human body to relax and have enough sleep, because when you eat late it stresses the stomach and inadequate digestion can lead to constipation.
Have we ever thought of the advantages of eating dinner on time or the additives? And not to eat dinner only but eating it rightly?Eating dinner on time dose not
only aid easy digestion but also has so many functions

~Eating dinner on time drastically reduces the risk to cancer in both Man( prostate cancer) and woman (Breast cancer)
~Eating dinner on time also reduce the risk to getting fat or obesity. This is as a result of stored calories that actually stored in the human body later Leads to fat. And too many fat in the human always leads to obesity.
~Eating dinner on time like I said in the first paragraph improves digestion.
~One of the spontaneous miracles eating early does is weight loss. Yes because this helps the human body to regulate the process of food digestion on time.
THE RIGHT FOOD TO EAT AT DINNER
With this ideal of meal or idea meal one should eat at night Must be light, not too much or too heavy because the human body has no adequate or engaged responsibility in terms of work or energy consuming effort at night than to sleep.
Like it is said an ideal dinner features a balance of Vegetables, Protein, Grains, and Healthy Fat.
The Ideal plate is One-half Vegetables, a quarter Protein, and a quarter Starches such as grain or starchy vegetables.
I believe that we all can relate with this kind or ideal dish.
The human health is so important to be considered above all.
