It is sad that Eating lunch is key to the human body mostly the brain and this act also provides energy and nutrients to help the body and brain works efficiently through the day.

Eating sizable meal as lunch as a laboural is key because of the energy it gives and mostly in this part of the world you found out most hard jobbers eat heavy food ( swallow and vegetables and beans with bread) in the afternoon e.g, bricks layers, carpenters , ironers, factory workers... Mostly hard jobs.
